  1. Japanese Kanji; complicated characters imported from China and used in Japanese writing. Kanji mostly make up the bases of written words, while hiragana are used for conjugation and connection.
  2. Feeling; sensation; impression. Kibun can be used in reference to how a person is feeling, but more often in reference to a person's sense of their surroundings, their feelings as a result of the surroundings, or the air of a place.

The Kansai region of Japan. The Kansai region, the south-western area of the main island, includes Japan's second major urban area, centered on the city of Oosaka, as well as historic Kyooto. The distinctive Kansai dialect is very well known within Japan, and anime characters frequently use it.
56. Kantou
The Kanto region of Japan; the Kanto region, or Kanto Plain, is the largest flat area in Japan, comprising the eastern part of the main island. It is highly developed, and the location of Tokyo, Yokohama, and the surrounding metropolitan areas. Approximately 40% of the population of Japan lives in the Kanto area, and it is arguably the most populous urban area in Japan. The area is also prone to earthquakes, one of which wiped out Tokyo and Yokohama in 1923.

Cute; pretty; attractive. Used similarly to the English word "cute", and so can mean attractive as well as adorable.
